Used this app years ago on a PC. Loved it then, even better now. Seems very compatible on a MacBook Pro.

The venerable aquarium screen saver has been around forever, and it used to be “calming,” as described in the App Store blurb. This one is anything but! Fish look like they are in a panic, darting around as if chased by sharks. What happened to the hypnotic, serene fish calmly swimming around an aquarium? At the very least give us a setting to adjust the speed of the fish. The graphics and swimming motion of the fish are fine, but let us calm those little guys down.

My cat keeps trying to get att the fish! calming.

I have a mac book pro (retna) and I find the display very nice. True it might not be to the very high standard of a retna display, but how much bigger would be the download? I would like to see more and different video to complaint the program. it is woth the price!

It looks good on my MacBook and works as described. Very relaxing. Have not had any problems in the month that Ive been using it.

I thought this was going to be a real memory buster when I first started using it, but its not at all. Its barely using any system resources. Its a great application that is very colorful and very entertaining. I give it five stars!

I was so dissapointed when i bought this and it "didnt work" At least I thought it did. My screensaver wold go to the default national geographic pictures instead of the aquarium! I went back and read the instructions and I found out that I MESSED UP. The instructions tell you exactly what to do so make sure you get all your settings changed to see the aquarium! This is a beautiful app and I love it with the aquarium bubbles sounds!

I enjoy this program so much I let it run on my mac in my office as though it were a real aquarium. The sound is ok and I dont find it annoying, almost soothing to hear the water bubbling. I would recommend it to others. Very good screen saver.

Great App! Love to just watch the fishes. Makes me feel calm and relaxing.

I t looks nice…I like to watch it. I haven’t tried to diable it like another reviewer said he was having problems with. I am having trouble disabling the app I bought at the same place.(weather dock) so i can just use the weather info on the (living wallpaper). The quality of these apps are good.

I love the fact that it’s video of real fish and not just short loop of the same ones repeating itself. I travel and when others see it - they want to know how to get it as well. But the most avid viewer is my cat; when he hears the waves, he jumps on my desk to watch!

I really love seeing the fish an earing the wonderful. However, when using as a screen after the program refuses to quit and will run all night unless I restart the computer. I usually have to restart the computer. The program does have beautiful animation.

The screensaver runs on only one monitor even if you have a multiple monitor configuration.

Beautiful graphics in this application, with multiple aquarium views available. Th colors are gorgeous, and (my favorite) it makes bubbles or waves sounds or music. It also has a handy built-in clock that displays in screen saver mode. For the price, I think this is a great app!

I love this screen saver. It’s so peaceful. I’d like a real aquarium, but I don’t want to take care of it. This is perfect.

bought the app. tried to get the shark paradise to work,highlighted per instructions NO SHARKS WHATSOEVER. contacted customer support again tried what he said no sharks on my macbook pro. thanks for nothing. i want a refund

I was expecting vibrant and crisp scenes but they weren’t. The screensaver on my 13” Macbook Pro Retina looks grainy and isn’t sharp. Otherwise, it would be a decent app.

I was hesitant about getting this based on a couple reviews, but this works perfectly for me. All the screens work fine including the shark screen. Graphics are clear and crisp on my iMac 21.5” screen. Best screen saver I have ever had period!

I’m a massage therapist. My clients LOVE when I have this app running on my laptop. It provides a nice visual ambience when they enter the room. Plus, it provides terrific white noise that they can hear throughout their session. The “beach waves” and “underwater” sounds make a nice compliment to the Pandora music I play. This app’s white noise bridges the gaps between songs. Highly recommended!!! Clients have left my room & downloaded the app for their own home use.
